Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Content Distributor, a local-first tool for preparing, scheduling, and publishing content to accounts authorized by the operator.

Authorized use

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content, destinations, timing, permissions, and compliance of every publishing job.

Platform rules

You must comply with the terms, developer policies, content rules, and rate limits of every connected platform. Access to a platform may change or end when its authorization is revoked or expires.

Prohibited use

Do not use the tool to impersonate others, distribute unlawful or deceptive material, evade platform safeguards, spam users, or access accounts without permission.

Service operation

The tool may pause, reject, retry, or reconcile jobs when validation fails or a platform reports an error. Platform availability and approval are outside the tool's control.

Your data

The operator retains responsibility for local media, account credentials, backups, and deletion. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as supported platforms and capabilities change. The current version will remain available here.
